Pixoot gear: items, rarities and legendaries

Pixoot's item database holds 254 pieces of equipment across three slots and five rarities, plus 23 potions and 33 scrolls. This guide lists what actually exists — material tiers, weapon and armor types, the ±15% roll on every drop, when gear arrives unidentified, and all 44 legendaries with the proc each one carries.

Three slots, five rarities

Every piece of equipment fits one of three slots: weapon, armor or trinket. Every piece also carries one of five rarities, always in the same order — common, uncommon, rare, epic, legendary — and the name colour follows it: grey, green, blue, purple, gold. Split the 254 items by rarity and you get this:

RarityColourEquipment items
CommonGrey44
UncommonGreen51
RareBlue58
EpicPurple57
LegendaryGold44
Total—254

Split the same 254 items by slot instead and you get 128 weapons, 69 pieces of armor and 57 trinkets. The rest of the item database is not gear: 23 potions and 33 scrolls sit alongside it as consumables, which is why the full list runs to 310 entries.

Eight material tiers and thirteen weapon types

Most gear is a material plus a type. The eight tiers are Wood, Copper, Iron, Steel, Crystal, Dragon, Shadow and Ancient, each stronger than the last and each unlocked deeper into the campaign — Ancient waits until the Void Citadel. Weapons come in thirteen types: Sword, Axe, Hammer, Dagger, Spear, Wand and Bow, plus Flail, Crossbow, Staff, Whip, Mace and Scythe. Armor comes in seven: Plate, Mail, Cloak, Robe, Bracers, Helm and Greaves. Mix the two lists and you get the naming rule for almost every item in your bag: a Wood Sword, a Dragon Scythe, an Ancient Helm.

Every drop rolls ±15%

No two drops of the same item are identical. The moment an instance is created — a loot drop, a forge result or a merchant offer — each of its numeric properties rolls ±15% around the base value, and that roll is never repeated: it travels with the item through the ground, your bag, your equipped slot and your save. Two stacks only merge when their rolls match, so two copies of the same item can still be different items.

The properties that roll are damage, HP, HP%, crit, speed, loot, attack speed, ability haste and magnet. HP rolls as a whole number, every other stat keeps at most two decimals, and the server clamps anything out of range back inside it.

Unidentified gear

Rare, epic and legendary drops have a 15% chance of landing unidentified, carrying one or two hidden stats drawn from a pool of crit, speed, loot, ability haste, damage and HP. An Identify Scroll or a Scroll of Revelation reveals them, and the utility glyph Identify All clears the whole bag at once. Everything below rare is always identified the second it drops.

Where gear drops

Every kill gets up to one roll for gear: the chance is 0.16 × your luck, capped at 50%. If it lands, rarity comes from base weights of 58 / 25 / 9 / 3 / 1 — common to legendary — pushed upward by map depth and by your luck, and the item is drawn only from what you have unlocked so far.

Rolls per kill depend on what you killed: 1 for a normal enemy, 2 for a champion, 3 for a rare, 5 for a boss. Bosses and rares also add a guaranteed bonus drop whose rarity scales with the land you are fighting on. Packs roll a rare about 4% of the time and a champion about 10%.

The 44 legendaries and their procs

Legendary is the top of the rarity table and it holds 44 items. Forty-two of them carry a combat proc — a real behaviour with its own line of flavour text, shown as a diamond in the tooltip. The two exceptions are the signature ranged weapons Starlight Scepter and Verdant Quickbow, which roll stats only. Listed by slot:

What to do with spares

You cannot sell anything in Pixoot — duplicates are broken down instead. Dismantle pays essence, shards and, from epic upward, orbs, and those are exactly what forge recipes cost, so keep the rolls you want and break down the rest. The crafting guide has the Forge, its 194 recipes and the full dismantle table, the maps guide says which land to run for which tier, the free-to-play page sets out what costs money — or play Pixoot in your browser.
